A feel for the motherland without malice

The wonder that is India shakes off the shackle of British imperial rule on 15th August,1947. Though Partition has left a deep bleeding scar in our mind, the Tricolour, with the sacrifice of thousands of lives, has been firmly established in the world arena. We have achieved success in the fields of aeronautics and nuclear sciences, agriculture and military prowess. But have we become truly free? Have we freed ourselves from racial hatred? We ourselves have to find the ways of rectification. So on the 75th anniversary of our achievement of Independence Gariahat Hindustan Club in its Durga Puja firmly spreads the message that we must banish all malice from our mind as we have the real altar of our motherland deep in our heart.
